Activation & Alchemy

Activation & Alchemy

For when you know you’re ready, even if part of you is a little scared.

Maybe you’ve rested and reflected. Maybe you’ve talked yourself in circles. Now you can feel something shifting: you’re ready to move toward what you want.

Activation & Alchemy is space to reconnect with your energy, your confidence, and the possibilities you’re ready to explore. You don’t need to have every answer before you begin.

We’ll start by talking about what you’re feeling, where you’d like support, and which practices feel comfortable for you. We’ll then shape the session around your needs that day. It may include Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, grounding practices, intuitive reflection, or time to integrate what comes up.

We’re here to help you make room for the version of yourself that’s already trying to come forward.
